Completing the Online Application Form

Please complete the Online Admission Application form, ensuring that all the fields are completed accurately.

Interaction Session of Applicant In consultation with the Admissions Department

An interaction session will be scheduled on a specified date and time with a Teacher at Little Hearts Kindergarten. The teacher will ensure that your ward enjoys the interaction which takes place through playful activities and also meets the baseline expectations as per age appropriate Year groups.

Admissions Counseling and Enrollment Following a successful interaction session

The Admissions department will contact you with an offer of admission for your child. On receipt of this offer letter, you are requested to secure your ward’s seat of admission at Little Hearts Kindergarten with submission of all the necessary documents mentioned and complete the payment of relevant School fees.
Parents are requested to carry valid Original Kenyan ID cards on the date of admission confirmation. The admission offer, if not accepted and seat not taken for the applicant within the period specified by the school, is considered to have lapsed the period of validity. Hence, the School reserves the right to offer this seat of admission to the next deserving applicant.
Following the above, you will receive updates from the school.

Waiting lists

Due to overwhelming response and oversubscribed application, we are sorry to see applicant names in waiting list in previous Academic Session. Waiting lists at Little Hearts Kindergarten can be extensive, hence parents are requested to reserve their ward’s seat at the earliest possible to avoid disappointments at later stages. The School may decide to close applications at any given time, prior to commencement of Academic Session. Please note movement through the waiting lists can be a slow process. However, as soon as a seat becomes available, the admissions team will contact you immediately.

Admission Cancellation

In the rare case that you may wish to withdraw your child’s admission from Little Hearts Kindergarten, we shall endeavor to follow the mandatory guidelines and make the process as smooth as possible. Further information will be available on request.
